Size & Color Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product. Simply initiate an exchange through your account, and we'll ship the new item once we receive the original.

Product Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different product? Return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll expedite a replacement at no cost to you. Contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage.

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for all domestic returns. International returns may require customer to pay return shipping.

Restocking Fee: Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, particularly for electronics and large items.

Gift Returns: Items marked as gifts can be returned for store credit only.
